We are a community located in the Long Neck area close to the Delaware beaches with boating and fishing bearby. You can walk to the shops or just take a lazy stroll through the community.
News:
A change to our Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions has been officially filed with the County on 2/20/17. The change to Section 26 Rentals is: No property in the Pines may be used as a rental property.
Also, Section 18 Driveways:All vehicles must be parked on a driveway surface.
